Results-driven, self-motivated and resourceful, Charitha Perera has been fueled by his determination to make it in the business world with many of achievements reached before his 30th. Upon making the move to Australia leaving his mother land, Sri Lanka, he was able to secure a sales & marketing job at the age of 17 which sparked his entrepreneurial drive. Two years later, aged 19, he became a part of the Transco International Pty Ltd family quickly climbing the ladder to the rank if General Manager. With his determination to succeed, in the year 2014, Charitha bagged the prestigious Businessman of the Year in Australia, only five years into him joining Transco International. Devoted to furthering his higher education, Charitha has a Masters in Financial Management, and also a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Marketing.
